fyi可以对领导用吗（为什么FYI又站C位）

外企的蜜汁文化有很多，但FYI(“供参考”缩写)这三个字母，一定是其中毫无争议的一个。它平平无奇，却常在你的邮件站C位。

精心准备的报告要发出了，可正文或标题写什么好呢。嗯，那就“FYI.”吧，宠辱不惊。

每一个害怕真情流露的人们，都爱FYI。每一个躲到FYI背后的灵魂，都有一个不知所措的肉身。每一个正文或标题只有FYI的邮件都像费玉清，只为“送你离开，千里之外”。

然而，落地玻璃墙后的每一个老板，在点开你的邮件后，疲惫通常会向他们袭来。如果不是疲惫，那也许是其他的什么情绪：

我的老天鹅，你到底想说什么?什么供我参考?供我参考什么?你希望我回你什么?你想我做什么?我在哪里?我又是谁?

说白了，你至少要开头能写几句报告的简介、目的和作用吧。如果能说说你从报告得到的结论，基于结论的见解，基于见解的行动建议，以及一个像样的结尾，那才算是一个老板心目中考核值得拿A的人。

你这时会说，“啊，这个很难，不会写啊。”，嗯，这篇文章就是帮你解决怎么说这个问题的。

下面我就按下面这个结构来介绍，从英文表达的角度谈一谈你可以怎么写。老规矩，我不太会去给你那些没有心动感的东西，而是尽量提供具有陌生感的清新词汇，这种清新感会让你老板看了之后，就像粉丝看到了偶像换了新发型一样，陌生又亲切，眼前一亮。

1. 开头 （重要程度就像相亲，前10秒决定命运啊）

说报告的简介，你可以说：

The report attached is about/regarding…

Please find attached a memo about the new pricing policies based on the cost forecast.

Please see below the recruitment analysis you mentioned last week. The numbers cited were from 4 industry reports.

说报告的目的、作用,你可以说：

To better control the recruitment cost, I put together a quick breakdown about the costs occurred in each hiring link.

Please see the cost analysis below. Hope it helps with your budgeting and profit forecast.

Attached please see the sales analysis to help aid your decision-making on the marketing budget.

Here’s the sales analysis you mentioned last week. Hopefully it will help you make informed decisions on the marketing budget.

说报告的结论

类似于“总的来说”这种开头过渡语，我相信很多小伙伴都已经懂得蛮多的了，比如in general, overall, by and large, in a conclusion. 我在下面给你们多补充几个作为参考。

It is noticeable that…

This shows that

接下来，结论的主体部分就应该是类似这样的内容了：“xxx是短缺的”“xxx是不够的”“xxx是下降的”“xxx是有提升空间的”。或者你更加想说的是“xxx更好了/效率更高了/销量更好了”这样的好事儿。下面句型拿走不谢。

Here you can see that we are facing a shortage of well-trained staff in the coming year.

Quite apparently, the sales/fell/slid/dropped/slipped/declined by 5% on June.

This shows that there’s still room for improvement.

Clearly, we did better/the team was more efficient/the sales increased on June.

As was shown, the recruitment cycle this years was 35% shorter than that in 2019.

说你的见解

能不能输出专业见解，是你作为专业人士区别于纯执行小虾米的分界线。

也许天下领导都听自己的，但一旦需要，你能基于专业经验和能力对数据和报告作出见解就很珍贵。更重要的是，不断提炼见解，对于你提升个人能力来说是一种快速又有效的练习。也许刚开始你的见解很青涩，你的不足会暴露，但这些都不该是阻碍你去主动输出见解的理由，尤其是当你年轻的时候。你需要的永远是提见解时谦逊真诚，时机合适。(啊，我又激昂鸟。)

in my humble opinion , the root cause of the incident lies in …

The way I see it, the cost is reasonable because the following 3 reasons.

If you ask me, the rise in cost could be put down to more companies re-stocking the raw material.

From my limited experience, it seems to me that……

As far as I see it, the market trend is to the benefit of us.

说行动建议

报告也好，分析也罢，最终是用来指导行动决策的。你可以这么连起来。

To start with, I have been thinking maybe we can try the following.
